PiYo STRENGTH

PiYo Strength is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit together to form a class that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. If you want to get strong but don’t want to sit still, this rhythmic, dynamic, total-body workout is for you! With a constant flow of moves set to upbeat and empowering music, you’ll burn some serious calories while you build stability, strength, and flexibility. The mantra is power.

HOT YOGA HEALING FLOW

Combines healing pranayama (breath work), relaxation techniques and an energetic vinyasa flow all into one. The class will begin with a short meditation and pranayama. It will then work into a fun yet challenging flow that is a perfect balance between restorative and strenuous. While flowing, you will be reminded to keep the intention of healing in your mind. The class will end with guided imagery and meditation helping one to reach a deep state of relaxation.

VITALITY

This class is a energizer booster for those who want a quick dose of exhilaration in a 30 minute session. We will explore breath work, energization techniques and kundalini exercises, followed by a short meditation/savasana. No need to change out of your work clothes. Go back to work or your day feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, ready to conquer the day.

TRANQUILITY

This class is a low impact, restorative stretch with a focus on breath and energy manifestation. It is a gentle practice of seated poses for people with limited mobility or one can use the tools from class in an office environment. This is a beginning class suitable for newcomers or out of practice yoga enthusiast. Using breath and gentle stretching, this mindful class will improve mobility and reduce anxiety, allowing students to become more confident in their bodies and more relaxed in a stressful world. Comfortable lose fitting clothing should be worn. The temperature of the room will be slightly warm, around 75- 80 degrees Fahrenheit to allow added flexibility to tense muscles.
